According to a new survey conducted by Black Insights and commissioned by Cobalt Advocates, 78% of Black Coloradans believe abortion should be legal.

Lawmakers in Colorado have recently proposed laws that would ban IVF and allow women who have abortions to be charged with homicide. Those laws would disproportionately harm Black women in our state, so we need all the protections we can get. Let’s not leave the fate of our rights and freedoms to chance.
